The General Services Administration (GSA) is hosting an online public auction sale of the Sugar Grove Station, formerly the Navy Information Operations Command (NIOC).

The NIOC Sugar Grove property is essentially a self-contained small town. Major facilities include an administration building, fire/emergency services center, police station, retail complex, community youth and fitness centers, and recreational lodging. There are 80 housing units, as well as 53 housing suites. The property is less than one hour from Harrisonburg Virginia.

GSA is committed to being an economic catalyst to communities across America. The NIOC Sugar Grove sale is an example of how GSA is promoting local redevelopment to leave a lasting positive impact by spurring growth and economic stability.
