Are you looking for long-term reliable tenants? Then you should check out the General Services Administration (GSA) Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP). AAAP allows Lessors to offer space for lease to the Federal Government through a web-based application which greatly reduces lease acquisition time frame.

The AAAP is a procurement platform that handles office space requirements ranging from 500 SF and above.
