GSA Federal Tenant Satisfaction Survey

The Tenant Satisfaction Survey is here!

Each year, employees in federally owned and leased buildings complete the Tenant Satisfaction Survey (TSS). Input from our tenants helps to ensure we are providing workspaces that assist them in accomplishing their agency's mission.

GSA Facility Managers use the TSS survey data to help to identify areas needing improvement and prioritize projects to address feedback.

The 2017 TSS survey will launch on Tuesday June 13. Federal employees will receive an email from "Federal Tenant Satisfaction Survey TSScustomerservice@gsa.gov" that will provide the survey link.
