In an effort to explore different avenues for maintaining the wonderful buildings we manage each day, GSA's Southeast Sunbelt Region (Region 4) is increasing our efforts to inform the public about our film and outleasing opportunities.  Marketing our federal buildings as locations for film, television, and photography promotes the value of our nation’s assets, showcases federally-owned properties, generates revenue for the federal government and strengthens economic development in our communities.

Recently, the modern Richard B. Russell (RBR) Federal Building – Courthouse was featured in the movie Sabotage, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger as a lead member of an elite DEA task force that takes on the world’s deadliest drug cartels.  A number of other films and television shows are filming, planning to film or looking at filming in and around our Atlanta buildings, including the newest sequel to The Fast and The Furious and the next installment of the Divergent series, Insurgent. Our buildings can have big supporting roles.

If you are interested in knowing which of our buildings may be available to film in, please check out our Filming on Location page, which this month spotlights our buildings in Georgia..

And if you are interested in possibly outleasing space for a state, local or non-governmental entity, please check out our Office Space Outleasing page, and give us a call.  We'd be happy to help.
