The Alan Bible Federal Building, Foley Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, Lloyd D. George United States Courthouse, and the new Federal Justice Tower are located within one block of each other on Las Vegas Boulevard. GSA is in the process of relocating federal tenants to other buildings and ultimately disposing of this property.

Parking and Public Transportation
There is no visitor parking available in the building for the general public. Metered street parking is nearby. Commercial parking lots are within walking distance to the building. Public transportation is available via RTC [a nongovernment website]. The nearest taxi stand is across the street at the D Hotel.
All public visitors are required to pass through electronic security equipment. ADA access is available at the main entrance to the building.
The only tenant is the U.S. Department of Labor. In the latest (2016) Tenant Satisfaction Survey, 45% rated the federal building and GSA services four or five on a five-point scale.
