Health and Human Services (HHS) is releasing office space at their location at the Public Ledger Building in downtown Philadelphia and will be conducting an on-site screening of a large volume of federal excess property. There are approximately 300 pieces of furniture available for excess. Property will be allocated fairly and equitably by GSA based upon a justifiable need and/or a first come first serve basis. Property may be physically screened on the following dates and times:
Federal Screening: July 19, 2016, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. State Screening: July 20, 2016 between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. Screening starts at 9:30 AM. No one allowed to join after 10:00 A M. All property acquired during the on-site screen will need to be removed no later than July 8, 2016 or special arrangements need to be made with Matt Grace. Pre-approved SF122 for federal agencies and SF123 for state agencies is required. Due to government access please sign up before August 5, 2016.
