Health and Human Services (HHS) is releasing office space at their location at the Public Ledger Building in downtown Philadelphia and will be conducting an on-site screening of a large volume of federal excess property. There are approximately 300 pieces of furniture available for excess. Property will be allocated fairly and equitably by GSA based upon a justifiable need and/or a first come first serve basis. Property may be physically screened on the following dates and times:
Federal Screening: July 19, 2016, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. State Screening: July 20, 2016 between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. Screening starts at 9:30 AM. No one allowed to join after 10:00 A M. All property acquired during the on-site screen will need to be removed no later than July 8, 2016 or special arrangements need to be made with Matt Grace. Pre-approved SF122 for federal agencies and SF123 for state agencies is required. Due to government access please sign up before August 5, 2016. You must be granted access to the building before being allowed to participate in the screening.

All property is located in a government facility. Registration is required on GSA Event or GSA Interact. Emily Yaskowski will be your point of contact for building access. Freight elevators and loading area will be made available but must be scheduled through Emily Yaskowski. Note: Tractor trailers do not fit in the loading area so box trucks with lift gates are recommended.
