- Acquisition Gateway. This class is about the government-wide category management initiative and will provide a live demonstration of the new Acquisition Gateway that enables our acquisition customers to better align their purchasing to this new initiative. We'll walk you through the registration process and then the various features of the website that puts key acquisition tools right at your fingertips. You won't want to miss this presentation!
- Assisted Acquisition Service, OASIS, and GWACs Overview. This class will be presented to all acquisition professionals, program/project managers, and Contracting Officer Technical Representatives (COTRs) seeking a basic overview of GSA, Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS), the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) program, and the GSA Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs). Attendees will get additional information on how to obtain a Delegated Procurement Authority (DPA) for OASIS and the GWACs.
- GSA Advantage!®? (Green) - The Basics. GSA Advantage!® offers the most comprehensive selection of approved products and services from GSA contracts. The newest version of GSA Advantage!® simplifies searches, adds a services only search feature, includes standardized descriptions and item numbers, and more closely resembles other commercial shopping sites. This course will take attendees step-by-step through the processes of registering, searching products and services, using and storing payment information, creating and forwarding shopping carts, and ordering and obtaining status and history reports.
- Experience GSA eBuy. Join the tens of thousands of buyers who have streamlined their procurements with eBuy. eBuy is GSA's online Request for Quotations (RFQ) system designed to simplify the entire competitive acquisition process. Federal buyers use eBuy to create requirements for complex services or products, compete those requirements among the MAS, GWAC or BPA vendor community, receive and evaluate quotes, and make award notifications online. There were over 70,000 RFQs posted to eBuy in fiscal year 2015. This course is designed to teach federal buyers exactly how to use the system. Key topics range from usage statistics and source selection, to RFQ preparation, quote evaluation, and award notification. Focus will also be given to features exclusive to the latest version of eBuy. These include intelligent category selection, the ability to request quotes from BPAs, and the ability to watch RFQs.
