BIM Downloads

Within the GSA BIM Guidelines for Revit, access to files such as Microsoft Word (.docx) and Autodesk Revit (.rvt) is restricted. For this reason, they are all kept within this section of the site. Not all users of the site have access to this section.

All downloadable documents should be used as a guideline. Users are strongly encouraged to modify it prior to use for own project purposes. GSA assumes no liability for the documents and contents provided.

Model Checkers

Currently there are two rules files under development. The first is to check compliance against the P100 design guide, while the second is for checking against the ABAAS (Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard). As mentioned above, these file are not complete or verified to be accurate. Use at your own risk.

Templates

In an attempt to increase productivity of BIM teams, templates for some BIM platforms have been provided. It should not be assumed that the presence of any template for any platform constitutes official support for that platform. All templates are provided only as a courtesy.
