To advance through the application process for a GSA Schedule complete the Pathways to Success webinar and Readiness Assessment.

Training 1: Pathways to Success

Pathways to Success is an online webinar on the Vendor Education Center. This webinar explains how GSA Schedule contracts work, how to succeed as a contractor, what you need to do to get and administer a GSA Schedule contract and more details about the offer process. The webinar is organized into five chapters:

  1. Multiple Awards Schedules (MAS) Program Overview
  2. Is MAS a Good Fit for You
  3. Alternatives to the MAS
  4. Make a Proposal
  5. Approval Process

After successful completion of the webinar, you will receive a Pathway to Success Certificate which is valid for one year from the completion of the webinar. You must submit two copies of a valid certificate with any GSA Schedules' offer.

Training 2: Readiness Assessment

The Readiness Assessment is designed to assist you in determining whether you are ready to pursue a MAS contract and will help you with the solicitation process.

  1. Log in to the GSA Vendor Education Center
After you log in, choose the Vendor Toolbox from the main menu. It is essential that you understand the solicitation clauses and requirements, such as past performance, certifications, and pricing. Carefully review all of the steps in the Vendor Toolbox, including the solicitation your company will respond to before completing the Readiness Assessment.
  2. Complete the Readiness Assessment at the End of the Training Course
It is mandatory that this assessment is completed and signed by an officer of your company before submitting an offer.
  3. Load the Readiness Assessment as an Attachment to Your Offer
Once you have completed the Readiness Assessment, and you have decided to submit an offer, load the Readiness Assessment as an attachment to your offer in the eOffer system.

If you have any problem with the course, email vendortoolbox@gsa.gov. For more information on any of the steps mentioned above, visit GSA's Guide to Preparing a Schedule Offer page.
