How to Order from WITS 3
Customers located in the National Capital Region must complete the WITS 3 Customer Application to order services.
WITS 3 Customer Application
New and returning customers may fill out the WITS 3 Customer Application [PDF - 200 KB] to:
- Establish a WITS 3 account
- Establish or change a Billing Account Code (BAC)
- Establish a new Location Group (LG)
- Convert billing options (centralized to direct, or direct to centralized)
Applications must be filled out by an authorized user and submitted to email@example.com.
Required Funding Documents
Please forward all InterAgency Agreement Part B's and MIPRs to include Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) and Line of Accounting (LOA) to the R11fundingdocuments@gsa.gov.
NOTE : All funding documents MUST BE UPDATED EVERY FISCAL YEAR by WITS3 Customers. It is incumbent on ALL Customers to provide their updated funding document(s) to email box: R11fundingdocuments@gsa.gov. The funding document MUST include Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) and Line Of Accounting (LOA) for the FIscal Year.
Per the WITS 3 contract (C.1.3.1) the definition of an authorized WITS 3 user is, as follows:
“This contract is for the use of all Federal agencies, authorized Federal contractors, agency-sponsored universities and laboratories and, as authorized by law or regulation, state, local, and tribal Governments, and other organizations. All organizations listed in GSA Order ADM 4800.2E, Eligibility to Use GSA Sources of Supply and Services, January 3, 2000 (as updated) are eligible. The Government has the right to add authorized users at any time during the term of this contract up to the limits specified in Section H.3, Minimum Revenue Guarantee and Maximum Contract Limitation.”
