Technical Problems

Customers who have technical questions, are experiencing technical problems, or have a suggestion about how GSA can better serve them should email GSA Advantage!® or call GSA Advantage!® Customer Service at 877-472-3777.

Ordering Status Questions

Customers who experience shipping, transportation, or billing discrepancies on National Stock Number (NSN) items should view their Order Status/History in GSA Advantage!®, locate the item, and select the requisition number. Customers will then be taken to a report that allows them to indicate the type of discrepancy, and directly submit the Discrepancy Report.

For order status and follow-ups customers should contact the supplier directly. The Schedule contractor's name and telephone number is printed on the order summary customers receive at checkout, and also through Order Status/History.
