Long Term Lodging (LTL) BPA for Emergency Responders

Information for First Responders

GSA has awarded multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPA) for long term lodging (LTL). Employees who are on official travel for an extended duration (30 or more nights) can use LTL as a cost-effective alternative to hotels. To order:

  1. Review available Long Term Lodging inventory [PDF - 251 KB] and pricing at your destination and select a lodging provider.
  2. Book inventory with the lodging provider using your GSASmartPay® travel card.
  3. Comply with all Travel Account Holder Responsibilities.

How do I get reimbursed for Long Term Lodging expenses?

Travelers should submit an interim voucher through ConcurGov at least once every 30 days.

What if I need to depart before my lease is up?

The lease must include a clause which allows, without penalty, a government customer to vacate the unit before the lease expires when their government mission has been cancelled and or changed. The lease must also include a clause which allows, without penalty, a government customer to cancel the lease before the date of check-in due to mission change.
