The ZIP files on this page contain artwork in several different file formats.
Vector-based files: These are EPS (encapsulated postscript) files that will retain high resolution at any size. They will give you the best results and are good for use in all types of products (i.e., brochures, flyers, booklets, posters, reports, banners, exhibits).
EPS files can be opened with applications, such as Adobe Illustrator or other Macintosh and Windows applications that allow the editing of EPS files or can also be imported into documents that support EPS files, such as Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, and others. They can be resized after being imported.
Raster-based files: These files are made up out of pixels. When enlarged, they will begin to lose resolution and may look “jaggy”. Raster-based files include JPEG, TIFF, and PNG formats which can be provided in high, medium or low resolutions.
Full Color vs White (Reverse) Logo Versions
The logos on this page are offered in color and all white versions. Full color versions are preferred over the white versions. The white versions (also know as reverse versions) are intended for use on dark backgrounds that offer enough contrast for the logo to clearly legible. Full Color versions should always be displayed on a white background.
Traveler reimbursement is based on the location of the work activities and not the accommodations,
unless lodging is not available at the work activity, then the agency may authorize the rate where
lodging is obtained.
Unless otherwise specified, the per diem locality is defined as "all locations within, or entirely
surrounded by, the corporate limits of the key city, including independent entities located within
those boundaries."
Per diem localities with county definitions shall include"all locations within, or entirely
surrounded by, the corporate limits of the key city as well as the boundaries of the listed counties,
including independent entities located within the boundaries of the key city and the listed counties
(unless otherwise listed separately)."
When a military installation or Government - related facility(whether or not specifically named) is
located partially within more than one city or county boundary, the applicable per diem rate for the
entire installation or facility is the higher of the rates which apply to the cities and / or counties,
even though part(s) of such activities may be located outside the defined per diem locality.
