Changes to the Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program

In 2020, the Small Business Administration (SBA) implemented Congress’ changes to the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Federal Contract program, as put forth in the 2015 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). This affected the process by which WOSBs and EDWOSBs gained certification in the WOSB Federal Contract program.

Now it’s easier for qualified small businesses to participate in the WOSB Federal Contract program. SBA has also strengthened oversight and ensured the integrity of the certification process.

Join the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) and SBA for this informative webinar that will review program requirements and discuss the latest changes to the WOSB certification process.
