Best contracts to use with 8(a)

• OASIS 8(a) is for program management, management consulting, logistics, engineering, scientific, and financial.

• Human Capital and Training Solutions 8(a) is for training and development services, human capital services, and organizational improvement strategy.

• Multiple Award Schedule is for 12 large categories.

• Building maintenance and operations small business is a total solution to maintain and operate federal buildings and assets.

You cannot use 8(a) on Alliant 2, because this governmentwide acquisition contract was awarded under full and open competition.

You cannot use 8(a) on VETS 2, because it is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business set-aside; not an 8(a) set-aside.
