Topics include

- Exchange Sales Authority and how agencies can sell and recoup the proceeds of property that they need to replace on a lifecycle basis. Most property can be considered replacement property; this training will teach you when and when not to use your Exchange Authority.

- Personal Property Management topics of interest to all Federal property custodians.

- How to build a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, there's definitely things you want to include and account for. Learn what those things are and best practices in this training session.

This training is targeted for customers of GSA’s Greater Southwest Region, which supports customers in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
