M-22-03 implements the President's commitment to increase spending to small disadvantaged businesses (SDBs) by 15% by FY25, and increase baseline spending to other socio-economic small businesses (SESBs). We'll use market research use cases from attendees in this session to find eligible SDBs, and SESBs across the country by a tool that leverages FPDS and SAM.gov data.
