Meet GSA at the Minority Business Development Agency “How to do business with GSA” webinar on November 2, 2023

BOSTON – The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), New England Region, will present “How to do business with GSA” during the Minority Business Development Agency’s (MBDA) webinar on November 2, 2023. 

The webinar, conducted via Zoom from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. ET on November 2, 2023, will focus on how GSA can help small businesses build their business.

Jerry D. Smith Sr., Small Business Technical Advisor (SBTA), for OSDBU in GSA’s New England Region will discuss how GSA promotes programs and activities for small business owners, providing access to GSA and other federal agencies by:

• Working with GSA contracting officers to highlight small businesses for specific contracts.
• Partnering with federal, state and local agencies to assist potential vendors.
• Providing information and guidance to small businesses regarding the Agency's Procurement Forecast and Contracting Opportunities.
• Encouraging small businesses to participate in GSA events such as networking sessions, forums, events, conferences, workshops and trade shows.
• Assisting small businesses in locating federal opportunities to help build their business.
