Algona, Iowa

What was your career journey, to where you are now?

My 17-year federal career started at the U.S. Army Rock Island Arsenal as a Contract Specialist, followed by some time at the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, where I was a contract specialist, contracting officer and small business specialist. I then took a job at the Bureau of the Fiscal Service as a program manager, and most recently I served at the Small Business Administration as the procurement center representative for all of the federal agencies located in Kansas and Missouri.

What is your alma mater, degree or special training?

Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University.

Wife - Kim, Daughter - Amri, Son - Ace, and Bruno the chiweenie.
