GSA’s Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) should be your first point of contact for information on how to do business or obtain a contract with the federal government. GSA’s Rocky Mountain Region’s OSDBU serves small businesses in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming, OSDBU representatives provide:

The Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization is especially interested in locating businesses in these categories that are interested in competing for federal government contracts:

• Small Disadvantaged Business,
• 8(a) Small Business,
• Women-Owned Small Business,
• HUBZone,
• Veteran-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

The OSDBU provides informational workshops and also one-on-one counseling to small business owners.
