Enter GSA’s 10x program. 10x doesn’t just seek to gather suggestions,  intends to revolutionize government IT services by tapping into ideas from federal employees. GSA is looking to uncover technological solutions that can improve how the government operates and engages with its citizens.Like a venture capital firm, 10x pools funds to invest into the early stage of a project or idea, diversifying their “portfolio investments” to reduce risks, and carefully nurture these big ideas with minimal upfront investment.
