Jeff Leieritz Appointed Senior Communication Advisor of GSA’s Office of Strategic Communication

Washington, D.C.—The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announces Jeff Leieritz as Senior Communication Advisor in the Office of Strategic Communication. As an appointee of President Donald J. Trump, Leieritz will ensure the agency’s communications are aligned with the Trump administration’s priorities.

Prior to joining GSA, Leieritz was senior media relations manager at Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) in Washington, D.C. In that role, he led the association’s external communications, oversaw internal communications and social media and coordinated communication between the association’s 70 chapters. Prior to his work at ABC, he served in several positions - from staff assistant and clerk, to director of new media and deputy press secretary - with the U.S. House of Representatives Small Business Committee.

Leieritz, a native of Redlands, Calif., earned a bachelor of science in business administration and a bachelor of arts in political science from San Diego State University. He is also an alumnus of the Panetta Institute’s Congressional Internship Program.
