Regional Administrators Visit the New GSA Region 2 Headquarters at One World Trade Center

On Wednesday, May 11, GSA Northeast and Caribbean Regional Administrator Denise Pease welcomed her fellow Regional Administrators to the new Region 2 headquarters at One World Trade Center. The Regional Administrators made the trip as part of their national meeting that was held in Philadelphia, PA from May 10-12. Upon their arrival, Ms. Pease gave a tour of GSA’s new workspace in One World Trade Center. The group then met with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey which included a tour of the new World Trade Center Transportation Hub. The afternoon consisted of a meeting with the Region 2 team responsible for preparing employees for the move to One World Trade Center and a briefing on engaging minority owned businesses.

“It was a pleasure to share the story of Region 2’s move to One World Trade Center with my colleagues,” said Ms. Pease. “My hope is that our successes and challenges during this transition will help our counterparts throughout the country as we continue to find ways to provide effective and sustainable workspaces for the entire federal family.”
