GSA to sell Former U.S. Army Reserve Center at Auction

ST. LOUIS—The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has announced the former U.S. Army Reserve Center on 4100 Goodfellow Boulevard will be sold via online public auction.

The property for sale contains approximately 2.35 acres improved with a 1-story building of approximately 32,268 square feet. Downtown St. Louis is about a 20 minute drive away and Lambert International Airport is about 10 minutes from this industrial/commercial area. GSA’s Goodfellow Federal Center, the U.S. Army National Guard and the Department of Labor neighbor the property.

GSA’s online auctions are open to the general public and all bidding takes place at https://gsaauctions.gov/gsaauctions/aucdsclnk?sl=FTWOR717019001. The online bidding starts at $10,000. Incremental bids can be made at $2,000 intervals. Inspections will be held to allow interested bidders to view the property and inspection dates will be announced via the above website.
