The scope of Software Licenses includes term and perpetual software licenses and maintenance.
Software maintenance services help agencies solve one or more challenges by creating, designing, implementing, and/or integrating customized changes to software. These services cover solutions not included with the software purchase and are charged commercially.
The scope of Software Maintenance Services Software maintenance services creates, designs, implements, and/or integrates customized changes to software that solve one or more problems and is not included with the price of the software. Software maintenance services includes person-to-person communications regardless of the medium used to communicate: telephone support, online technical support, customized support, and/or technical expertise which are charged commercially.
Agencies can order through eBuy and GSA Advantage and issue an RFI or RFQ to vendors. You can set aside the requirement for one or more socio-economic categories including but not limited to small businesses, veteran-owned businesses, and women-owned businesses.
