GSA's Direct Client Support Division (DCSD) provides an increased level of support for large, strategic clients conducting direct-buy activities against GSA contract vehicles. DCSD embeds GSA employees at client locations to assist with the execution of GSA solutions enabling the Division to provide a unique specialized customer experience.
What does DCSD do?
Contract execution during all phases of the acquisition life-cycle
Planning, Competition, Evaluation, Administration
Day-to-day guidance on GSA processes and procedures
Assist with process improvements in client operations
Strategic relationships at all levels of the client organization
Provide Subject Matter Expertise to assist in decision making
