The Clinton building and its workers use a lot of materials at work every day, and instead of throwing these materials in the trash when they are finished, they recycle. Recycling helps conserve our natural resources as well as conserve energy used to create new materials. Last year the EPA buildings recycled 280 tons of paper, cardboard, printer cartridges, plastic bottles and cans. That's enough material to fill a 18 school buses!
