The Santa Ana Federal Building is a nine-story building with one below-grade basement used for enclosed parking. In 2009, the building was the recipient of the Building Owners and Managers Association’s “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) award at the local level and competed on the regional level in 2010. The building is near the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse, other municipal and local courthouse facilities, civic center buildings and historic downtown Santa Ana. The building is primarily utilized as general office spaces for its federal tenants.
