The Eliminate, Optimize, Automate or EOA initiative is a systematic approach to operational improvement that empowers federal agencies to deliver better services more efficiently. Powered by GSA, EOA provides a clear pathway for agencies to eliminate unnecessary work, optimize essential processes, and automate repetitive tasks.
EOA isn’t just theory—it’s a practical approach already delivering results across government. Whether you’re looking to tackle a specific process challenge or launch a comprehensive efficiency initiative, EOA provides the framework and tools your agency needs to succeed.
