Geographic information systems
Geographic information systems (GIS) allows users to visualize, question, analyze, interpret, and understand data to reveal relationships, patterns, and trends. GIS can integrate and relate any data with a spatial component, regardless of the source of the data.
GIS Standards
The GIS Standards layout requirements and provide guidance for anyone preparing GIS deliverables for GSA, along with GSA staff requesting and reviewing GIS deliverables. Direct any questions to the GSA Contracting Officers (CO) or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for a specific contract or to the GIS Center of Excellence (CoE).
