We publish leasing templates to help prospective offerors understand the documents and requirements commonly used in our lease procurements.
These templates include Requests for Lease Proposals, lease templates, exhibits, solicitation provisions, general clauses, and other supporting documents. They show how we typically structures a lease procurement and resulting lease agreement.
These templates are provided for reference only. For an active procurement, always follow the solicitation and any amendments issued for that specific requirement.

AAAP RLP
We also maintain an AAAP RLP package through our Leasing Portal.
The AAAP RLP uses a more streamlined procurement approach in which offerors generally submit their best and final offer upfront. The process is therefore more similar in structure to a sealed-bid approach than the standard Global RLP process.
