P. Brennan Hart III Appointed GSA Associate Administrator

Washington, D.C.—The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announces P. Brennan Hart III as Associate Administrator, Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. Hart, an appointee of President Donald J. Trump, will serve as GSA’s principal liaison to Congress, federal agencies and state and local governments.

Most recently, Hart served as a lead advance representative for Donald J. Trump for President, directing an advance team to produce nationwide public and private events for presidential and vice-presidential candidates.

Previously, Hart launched Three Rivers Solutions, LLC, leveraging his broad experience in political campaigns and government to execute successful government relations and issue advocacy programs. He also served in the administration of President George W. Bush as a White House advance representative and senior advisor at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Hart studied political science at Villanova University, and history at the National University of Ireland.
