Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)
Through GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program, you have access to long-term, governmentwide contracts that provide easy access to more than 25 million commercial products and services at volume-discount pricing. Because of established contractor relationships and the streamlined ordering procedures found in FAR Subpart 8.4, the GSA Schedule offers shorter procurement lead times and lower administrative costs than establishing a new contract. FSSI OS4: Best-in-Class Solution for Office Products and Services
The Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative for Office Supplies Fourth Generation (FSSI OS4) Best-in-Class (BIC) for office supplies by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). It consists of two Enhanced Special Item Numbers (SINs). This solution provides an opportunity to achieve significant savings and meet sustainable acquisition and other socioeconomic goals. A major objective of this solution is to increase opportunities for small business participation by at least five percent (5%).
GSA Retail Operations
GSA’s Retail Operations provides Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) solutions, normally in a retail store setting, for DOD and civilian agencies. The 4PL program allows users to focus on core competencies by leveraging GSA’s contracting and acquisition experience and the product-fulfillment expertise of industry leaders. Office supplies can be purchased by authorized buyers at base supply stores stores around the Pacific Rim and in the continental United States. The Commercial Platforms proof of concept provides GSA SmartPay® Purchase Card (GPC) holders with access to multiple e-marketplace platforms, for purchases of commercial products within the micro-purchase threshold (MPT).
