Who’s my agency sponsor?
The contact info for the person who sponsored you is included in the email you receive prompting you to make an appointment to enroll for your card. If you can’t find this email, reach out to your agency's identity management program office.
Where’s my card?
Processing times vary depending on your agency. We cannot check the status of your card. Contact your agency sponsor to see where your card is. Get more info about picking up your card.
Why can’t I get an appointment soon?
If the credentialing center nearest you does not have sufficient availability, you can look at other nearby credentialing centers. GSA does not control appointment availability. Use the online scheduler to make an appointment. Some sites do not offer online booking. Use our site look-up feature to make an appointment at those sites. Get more info about making appointments.
