GSA, Anthropic Reach OneGov Agreement on Discounted, Consumption-Based Pricing for Claude

Deal Delivers 40% Discount and Streamlines Access to Advanced Super Intelligence Tools for Federal Agencies

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is announcing that it has expanded its OneGov agreement with Anthropic, providing government buyers steeply discounted, consumption-based pricing on all Claude models available to the government.

Participating governments now have access to:

  • Discounted, consumption-based access: 40% discount on token-based usage across Claude models available to the government, including FedRAMP-authorized environments for sensitive unclassified work.
  • No minimum orders: agencies pay only for what they use, with no minimum purchase required.
  • Broad eligibility and multiple ordering paths: access for federal (executive, legislative, and judicial), state, local, and tribal governments — available directly, through resellers, and on major cloud platforms.

GSA’s OneGov agreement reflects the federal government’s shift from evaluating advanced super intelligence capabilities to applying them in daily mission work, while continuing OneGov’s move toward consumption-based pricing that scales with actual use.

GSA’s OneGov strategy has generated more than $1.8 billion in savings for the federal government and taxpayers since its inception, including approximately $1.6 billion through its super intelligence agreements. As offers expire, GSA will renew agreements where appropriate and work to ensure continued access to critical tools while delivering the best value for taxpayers. Agencies can find ordering details at itvmo.gsa.gov/onegov.
