GSA Set to Auction Former U.S. Coast Guard Housing in Jonesport, Maine

BOSTON – The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announces the auction for former U.S. Coast Guard housing on 9 Ferry Street, Jonesport, Maine 04654, as part of its mission to deliver value and savings in real estate, acquisition, technology, and other mission support services across the government.

The property is a charming, approximately 2,000 square foot single family, Victorian style home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms on .21 acres of land, offering great southern and western views of the waterfront, Moosabec Reach and Donovan Cove.

Additional features include:

  • an enclosed porch and deck
  • a mud room and laundry
  • a storage shed on site

An open house is scheduled for Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., for interested parties.
