September 15, 2021 Close Date Announced for Online Public Auction for 4.27 Acres of Vacant Land at the Edison, NJ Job Corps Center

BOSTON – The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has set the soft close date for the public auction of a portion of vacant land located at the Edison Job Corps Center, on Plainfield Ave in Edison Township, Middlesex County, New Jersey.

The soft close date is set for Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 2 p.m. CT. The auction is part of GSA’s ongoing efforts to dispose of excess properties, saving taxpayer dollars and making the government’s real estate assets more efficient. 

Basic Property Information:

  • The property is a 4.27 acre portion of vacant land at the Edison Job Corps Center, with frontage on Plainfield Avenue. 
  • The Property is partially improved with a paved parking lot.
