New Project Executive Tony Dell’Arciprete in Capital Project Delivery

Tony Dell’Arciprete is our newest project executive in the PBS Mid-Atlantic Region’s Capital Project Delivery Division. Capital Project Delivery is organized into “studios” that consist of project professionals who manage the Mid-Atlantic Region’s program of capital projects, providing expertise to our clients in planning and executing the Region’s most complex, high profile and high dollar value projects.
Dell’Arciprete has led projects in aggregate of $500 million with our client agencies including the SSA, NASA, Department of Justice, and Veterans Affairs (VA). In addition to his role as executive, he is successfully managing two VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) lease construction projects in Monroeville, Pennsylvania (serving the Pittsburgh community) and in Chesapeake, Virginia (the Hampton Roads area). GSA and VA partnered on a pilot program to deliver six CBOCs across the country. These facilities are close to veteran populations and provide routine outpatient care not requiring hospitalization.
Dell’Arciprete says, “I am grateful for this opportunity and to continue PBS’s work in project delivery excellence for our client agencies and the American people.”
Dell'Arciprete began his federal career as an engineering intern at the Department of Treasury’s United States Mint in Philadelphia. He joined Mid-Atlantic PBS as an engineer in the Design and Construction Division in 1992 and progressed in his career to become a project manager in Capital Project Delivery.
Dell'Arciprete graduated from the USDA Graduate School’s Executive Leadership Program in June 2021 and is a mentor in the GSA Project Manager Mentoring Program. He graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a degree in electrical engineering.
