Where is your hometown?
Osceola, Iowa

What was your career journey, to where you are now?
Military, General Motors, FAS intern, and a transportation assistant and financial specialist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

What other federal government or military experience have you had and for how long?
Military for 9 years and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 2.5 years.

What is your alma mater, degree or special training?
Purdue University, Bachelor of Science in business administration and currently working on my Master of Business Administration with Louisiana State University.

What is your biggest professional or personal accomplishment?
Completing my bachelor’s degree in business administration.

How do you recharge your batteries outside of work?
Ride and work on motorcycles.

Tell us a little about yourself. Children? Pets? Married? Hobbies?
Married with one daughter and two cats. For a hobby I work with a non-profit to provide service and support to veterans in need.

What three words best describe your personality?
Witty, happy and outgoing.

What is one of the items on your bucket list?
Ride motorcycles in Ireland.

What characteristic or value do you most admire in others?
Honesty.

What is your unique talent, skill or gift?
I can name the helicopter that is flying over my house from inside my house based on the sound of the rotating blades and the engine sound.
