Capital Project Delivery Division Studio Executive Brian Muller

Brian Muller is our newest Studio Executive in the PBS Mid-Atlantic Region’s Capital Project Delivery Division. Capital Project Delivery studios consist of project professionals who manage the Mid-Atlantic Region’s program of capital projects, providing expertise to our clients in planning and executing the Region’s most complex, high profile and high dollar value projects.
Muller has served as a capital project manager since 2004, and has completed several successful projects, not limited to the Social Security Administration Altmeyer Executive Office Building, Internal Revenue Service Martinsburg Enterprise Computing Center, and the Philadelphia Custom House renovation, as well as many other projects.
Muller says about transitioning to this new leadership position, “I look forward to helping shape the future of Region 3 client agencies' workplaces through space modernization and optimizing the Region 3 portfolio. I also am eager to promote sustainability initiatives and help Region 3 aim for net zero.”
Muller started his government career with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. He
came to GSA in 2000 as a structural designer and project manager in the Design and Construction Division. He was one of the founding members of a PBS Mid-Atlantic technical employee committee, which provides leadership and cohesion to all technical employees through networking, knowledge management, and organizational support.
Muller holds multiple degrees from Drexel University in Philadelphia, including bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and architectural engineering. He also achieved a Master of Science in civil engineering.
