Vendor selection of a SIN Subgroup MUST correspond to the awarded offerings under that specific SIN on their General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract. The GM SIN (518210GM) provides Federal agencies with access to commercial grants management solution and service offerings off the Grants QSMO Marketplace and is the mechanism through which agencies procure these solutions/services. The Grants QSMO Marketplace is the first stop for agencies looking to acquire GM solutions/services. The establishment of the GM SIN enables expanded scope of the marketplace, broader access to government-wide demand, and a standards-aligned path to federal opportunities. To meet agency demand, participation of qualified vendors in the Grants QSMO Marketplace is critical.

When a military installation or Government - related facility(whether or not specifically named) is located partially within more than one city or county boundary, the applicable per diem rate for the entire installation or facility is the higher of the rates which apply to the cities and / or counties, even though part(s) of such activities may be located outside the defined per diem locality.
