This Order defines the order of succession for the Office of Technology Transformation Services.
GSA Order ADM 2430.1A, The U.S. General Services Administration Continuity Program, outlines GSA’s continuity requirements and defines each GSA component’s responsibilities to ensure resilience and the continued performance of GSA’s functions.
The following officials are designated to serve as Deputy Commissioner, FAS/Director, TTS, in the following order of succession, during the absence or incapacity of the Deputy Commissioner, FAS/Director, TTS. Each designee shall act with the full authority and responsibility of the Deputy Commissioner, FAS/Director, TTS and shall occupy the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, FAS/Director, TTS. In the event that the official designated is not available, the next designated official will act.
This order of succession applies only to the permanent incumbent of each position rather than to anyone who may be temporarily occupying a position, with the exception that the Acting TTS Deputy Director, Technology or Acting TTS Deputy Director, Operations may assume the position of Acting Deputy Commissioner, FAS/Director, TTS.
The following officials are designated to serve as TTS Deputy Director, Technology, in the following order of succession, during the absence or incapacity of the TTS Deputy Director, Technology. Each designee shall act with the full authority and responsibility of the TTS Deputy Director, Technology and shall occupy the Office of the TTS Deputy Director, Technology. In the event that the official designated is not available, the next designated official will act.

Each designee shall act with the full authority and responsibility of the TTS Deputy Director, Operations, and shall occupy the Office of the TTS Deputy Director, Operations. In the event that the official designated is not available, the next designated official will act.
This order of succession applies only to the permanent incumbent of each position rather than to anyone who may be temporarily occupying a position.
An official serving as Acting Deputy Commissioner, FAS/Director, TTS; Acting TTS Deputy Director, Technology; or Acting TTS Deputy Director, Operations, pursuant to this Order shall, in that capacity, exercise all authorities and perform all functions and duties of the position.

Rates for foreign countries are set by the Department of State.
Rates are available between 10/1/2023 and 09/30/2026.

Traveler reimbursement is based on the location of the work activities and not the accommodations, unless lodging is not available at the work activity, then the agency may authorize the rate where lodging is obtained.
Unless otherwise specified, the per diem locality is defined as "all locations within, or entirely surrounded by, the corporate limits of the key city, including independent entities located within those boundaries."
Per diem localities with county definitions shall include"all locations within, or entirely surrounded by, the corporate limits of the key city as well as the boundaries of the listed counties, including independent entities located within the boundaries of the key city and the listed counties (unless otherwise listed separately)."
When a military installation or Government - related facility(whether or not specifically named) is located partially within more than one city or county boundary, the applicable per diem rate for the entire installation or facility is the higher of the rates which apply to the cities and / or counties, even though part(s) of such activities may be located outside the defined per diem locality.
