8(a) STARS III DPA Training

This course provides Delegation of Procurement Authority Training for GSA’s 8(a) STARS III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract for IT services.

This training defines GSA GWACs, identifies the features and benefits of the 8(a) STARS III GWAC, provides an understanding of 8(a) STARS III ordering procedures, and outlines the responsibilities of ordering contracting officers. Attendees will learn how 8(a) STARS III supports agency IT modernization efforts and helps meet federal small business and 8(a) contracting goals.
