This session will provide an overview of PBS’s new Service Delivery Model and explain how the 18 Service Delivery Areas are organized to better support customer agencies.

Topic areas include:

• Overview of the new PBS Service Delivery Model and its intended benefits
• Explanation of the 18 Service Delivery Areas and how they support improved coordination
• Brief introductions to key PBS business lines, including Program and Project Management, Realty and Lease Acquisition, and Facilities Management
• Discussion of how these functions support service delivery across federally owned and leased facilities
