OASIS+ DPA Training

This course provides Delegation of Procurement Authority Training on GSA’s OASIS+ contract program for professional services. The training helps procurement professionals understand DPA roles and learn the best practices for task order issuance. 

This training is required for any staff to gain access to the six contracts and post a solicitation on GSA eBuy. 

Only warranted Contracting Officers, or OCOs, are eligible for an OASIS+ DPA certificate required to solicit, evaluate, and award task orders under OASIS+. It is strongly encouraged for Program Managers, Contract Specialists, Finance interested in and/or administering an OASIS+ requirement.

This course offers 1.5 Continuous Learning Points, or CLPs upon completion.
