Paul Ingrassia
Paul Ingrassia has been named Acting General Counsel of the U.S. General Services Administration. In this role, he leads a team of over 100 attorneys across seven divisions, focusing on implementing the President’s Executive Orders, GSA’s statutory responsibilities, and improving the efficiency of legal and regulatory processes to minimize the use of taxpayer dollars.
Before joining GSA, Ingrassia served as the White House Liaison to the Justice Department and Department of Homeland Security. He played a key role in vetting and hiring officers for critical legal and national security positions. Under his leadership, DHS and DOJ experienced faster staffing rates than previous administrations, with over 200 political appointees joining DHS by the time he departed. Earlier in his career, Ingrassia worked as an attorney and legal commentator. Ingrassia is a lifelong New Yorker. He holds a BA with honors in mathematics and economics from Fordham University. He received his JD from Cornell Law School in 2022.
