The Interagency Committee on Property Management helps federal agencies use their personal property assets in an effective and cost-efficient way. It also works to create good government-wide policies for managing personal property. The ICPM is made up of representatives from federal agencies that manage personal property.
We sponsor the committee. The GSA chair can also create temporary working groups to look into specific topics. Members of these working groups do not have to be agency representatives.
ICPM members work with GSA to regularly check and update regulations and guidance. They share best practices on personal property management and provide training with GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service .
The ICPM meets in October, February, and June. The chair can call extra meetings if needed.
