This subcategory provides products needed for maintaining a facility. Available products include HVAC and Plumbing equipment, Electrical Systems and Components, cleaning equipment, grounds keeping equipment, and the leasing/rental of equipment.

Construction Related Materials

This subcategory offers temporary structures, building materials and the modification or installation of construction related materials as well as the lease or rental of construction related materials.

Facility Related Services

This subcategory includes services for complete facility maintenance such as janitorial/custodial, elevator preventive maintenance, ground/landscaping, maintenance of utility systems, refrigeration, A/C, ventilation and HVAC as well as Energy Management and Support services.
