The best service, with less effort.
We’re creating a new, unified, automated, SI-enabled digital ecosystem designed for GSA’s use by our customers, acquisition workforce and suppliers, called Procurement Automation Ecosystem, or PAE.
This ecosystem will:
- Simplify user experience
- Unify end-to-end procurement processes
- Leverage centralized federal data to drive intelligent automation, effective competition, and smarter use of taxpayer dollars
What the new ecosystem means for you
As a supplier or contractor — You’ll submit better quality offers and modification requests, resulting in a more streamlined workflow, and you’ll be guided through the process, so that you’re not left guessing what needs to come next.
As a customer in a program office or part of the acquisition workforce — While the changes that will result from this process are upstream, benefits should flow down to the buying — or ordering — level. Other efforts are being undertaken to improve the buying experience.
