Requirements
You must have U.S. citizenship, or be a U.S. non-citizen national (a resident of American Samoa or Swain Island) to apply for positions that are open to Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, and Fulbright Alumni.
You must have documentation of program completion in order to qualify for the special hiring authority.

Documentation
Include a valid NCE letter with your application. NCE may be extended up to three years after your close of service.
Also include an updated federal resume along with your application. Your resume should speak to the duties and specialized experience sections of the job announcement, and should not be longer than two pages.
